Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES (Not Limited to) Play an active role in assisting with the tax provision and tax return filing processes in the EMEA region. Preparation of tax computations and financial statement tax disclosures for Oracle and acquired company entities. Assisting in the preparation of quarterly USGAAP tax provision workings. Assisting with USGAAP return to provision calculations. Making payment requests for outstanding tax liabilities. Maintaining tax compliance records and performing tax accounting reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of related party transaction tax return disclosures. Interact with other teams (Tax Audit, Finance, Legal, Treasury etc.) to obtain financial and supporting data where required. Oversight of the purchase order process and dealing with any tax compliance related issues as they ariseREQUIREMENTS Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, especially Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks and be deadline driven Ability to work in a team or as an individual contributor. High level of numeracy and ability to interpret and prepare tax calculations. Willing to work GMT hours. Big 4 public accounting experience and or tax compliance/tax accounting multinational experience preferred. CA/CPA qualification preferred
