Job Description

Manage and lead a team of ESG researchers and SMEs/QAs across multiple ESG functions, including data and consulting projects
Liaise with multiple teams and functions, workflow units to ensure timely deliverables
Run comprehensive RCA for all quality related concerns for every team member
Enhance the existing review specifications for processes
Ensure 100% adherence to all quality SLAs and TAT
Prepare and maintain all process related documentation, build standard operating procedure, conduct analyst training, etc.
Assist management in developing ESG collaterals and other marketing materials
Assist management in composing RFPs, understand prospective client requirements, scoping of projects

Excellent understanding of ESG concepts
An eye for detail
4-6 years of experience in sustainability industry is preferred
Experienced at working in office set-up with multiple locations/overseas teams
Team management
Client management
PMP/PRINCE certified preferred
