Hi,Designation: Team Leader Last MileJob Specifications:Experience required: 2+ yearsMale candidates neededExperience as per the CTC ( Salary Budget 23k)Fixed Night Shift (10 hr) or rotational shiftLocation : Bangalore (Bike Mandatory)Roles:Ensure a flawless delivery service for the customers in areas which comes under hubs.Liaising with customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience.Drive RCA/quality Culture throughout the team.Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls specific day-to-day operations within the station or hub.Responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure the safe and efficient sortation ofpackages through the facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality.Crates inwards/outward Management.Maintain regular communication with last mile managers to update on any supply challenges.Follow up with stock controllers to ensure that stock movements and stock keeping standards aremaintained in line with company guidelinesResponsible for investigating stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, andreporting the information to relevant managers including the finance team.Ensure the highest operational standards are always deployed on floor. Drop point and area levelsorting of product for last mile delivery.
