    Job DescriptionPositions : Team LeaderQualification : Any degreeExperience : 1 Year of Banking Experience (as a TL)Timings : 9:30AM - 6:30PM (Banking holidays)Location : WhitefieldSalary : 35k CTCRoles and Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the activities of team membersEnsuring that team members adhere to the banks policies and proceduresMonitoring and reporting on team performance Identifying and resolving any team issues and conflictsLiaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the teamTraining and developing team membersSetting and achieving team objectivesCreating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfactionMaintaining accurate records and dataEnsuring compliance with applicable laws and regulationsThe candidate should have a minimum 1-year of experience in sales, banking and financial services.
