    • Strong knowledge on IBM Assembler with 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
    • Experience in the functionality of VSAM files, SAS, DB2 and JCL skills.
    • Working experience in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
    • Expert in requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing and deployment.
    • Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Work directly with customer/LOB to understand project requirements, and priorities the work.
    • Requirement gathering, analysis and development.
    • Attend daily project status meetings and weekly team meetings.
    • Review and Discussion of upcoming and current project changes with client.
    • Perform technical design reviews, validation, and peer code reviews.
    • Support and propose solutions to production issues.
    • Should be able to Planning and scheduling of implementations.
    • Should work with offshore leaders to understand job role and requirements.
    • Should be Responsible for answering or clarifying questions from LOB or the client.
    • Ability to understand the high-level roadmap and the big picture of what is going on at the client s side.
