Job Description

    Position :-Team Leader (Customer Support)Location :- BangaloreExperience :- 3 to 6 yearsSalary package :- 5 to 6 LPAIndustry (Internet Service Provider)BroadbandJD Role & Responsibilities:-
    1. Handling L2 (Backend) Technical support team. 2. Conducting weekly and monthly Performance Team Review. 3. Doing RCA for customer complaints and providing Permanent solution in order to avoid repeat complaints 4. Handling and resolving escalation complaints. 5. Coordinating with NOC team for activities and outages. 6. Conducting Training sessions for newly on-boarded Engineers. 7. Testing of Newly launched device Performance.
    Skillset Required-
    1. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 2. Team management skills 2. Hands on experience in FTTH Network. 3. Experience in GPON technology for implementation and troubleshooting (Should be handled OEMs Like ZTE/ Genexis) 4. Technical Troubleshooting skills. 4. Hands on experience in testing of product features and protocols 5. Experience in Implementation and troubleshooting 6. Knowledge of the Wi-Fi standards and technologies
