Job Description

Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideAlstom IS&T is ensuring for the Alstom businesses the build and support of a large portfolio of global business solutions in several functional areas.The Technical Integration Specialist reports to the Tenders & Projects manager and is accountable to specify, manage the build & deploy and support all the interfaces of the landscape (Wall-c, Ody.C, Primavera) with the Alstom landscape.With strategic partners, he/she will ensure the availability and the performance of the integration in his/her scope.Reporting to the Tenders & Projects manager Manager he/she will:
    • Be the main point of contact to gather new needs related to integration of Solutions managed in the portfolio
    • Support Business to prioritize the requirements
    • Lead Change Requests (planning, estimation, coordination and execution)
    • Detail design of new integration
    • Ensure built of Interface + Validation process
    • Deliver to Support Team
    • Address and manage issues/tickets related to interfaces.
    • Coordinate with Partners, Services Performance Team, Business Users for Incident Management and Change management
    • Daily, weekly and monthly operation reviews with the partner selected for Application Management Services
    • Manage relationship with editors and ensuring level of support from them
    • Manage conflicts and be the escalation point of contact for KU s/Business
    • Identify and propose Continuous improvement initiative to improve services efficiency (as for example the drive of overall ticket volume decrease)
    • Prepare the reporting data and dashboard for the operation activity
    • Participate in Projects Go-Live planning to ensure operational readiness, prepare transition to run
    The challenge of the position is the accountability of the performance of critical applications for Alstom company, by having both IT technical skills and good functional knowledge. He/she will have to interact with many stakeholders in the functions and metiers of ALSTOM and with all the IT partners of Alstom in order to manage the issues and conflicts when critical events related to the applications in his/her portfolio. Very good communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.Position will be based in Bangalore. Willing to travel occasionally for onsite meetings with business (ex: In France (Saint-Ouen), Alstom headquarters) and team workshops.He/she will have to develop his/her network internally with all the IS&T organization, and Key business stakeholders for the Application domains, and externally with Third-party providers, strategic Partners, and peer companies.He / She will have a small internal team of experts in responsibility.To be considered for this role, candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
    • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
    • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant of applications experience
    • Have experience in defining and delivery of services
    • Have a demonstrated technical background and be willing to learn and investigate new technologies.
    • Able to demonstrate the ability to use this technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments
    • Have a strong sense of customer service and satisfaction Be able to demonstrate a solid financial understanding and be able to monitor and control a budget
    • An entrepreneurial mind set willing to think out of the box and be pragmatic.
    • Be transparent and have clear communication.
    • Have a good Team spirit.
    • Take the lead and be autonomous
    • Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to drive change through innovation & process improvement
    • Experience managing a team and be a collaborative team member.
    • Experience in DevOps Model
    • Be analytical and be willing to question the status quo.
    • Be able to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Be fluent in English
