Job Description

      • Create a strategic relationship with key stakeholders including Data Engineers, Data Architects, IT Directors and C-Level executives such as CDOs, CTOs and CIOs
      • Understand customers business and goals in depth, and ensure they get the best value out of their investment while becoming Unravel champions and advocates
      • Have direct responsibility and drive success measured by renewals and new revenue growth resulting from product adoption and customer satisfaction
      • Manage customer requests, support escalations, multiple priorities and commitments to achieve mutually agreed success criteria
      • Ability to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to key stakeholders and become their trusted advisor
      • Facilitate recurring meetings and strategic sessions with clients in order to satisfy, retain and expand our account base
      • Perform Executive Business Reviews and assist in high-level product training as needed with help from a Customer Success Engineer
