Job Description

    This position provides an advanced level of global support & integration of solutions and strategies within multiple complex solution areas. They work with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers to provide technical subject matter expertise and commercial sales support throughout the selling process, focusing on sales closures. They present to customers on technical aspects for pre-sales onboarding and testing including partner integrations, route tests, messaging compliance, and others for the Enterprise line of business. They work with solutions engineers, product, sales, and operations to respond to RFXs as needed. They liaise with product managers to provide customer and industry feedback for future products and releases, enhancements, or customized solutions. As operational issues arise, they will bring these issues with technical insights to the attention of Customer Support and Operations. They work with Product Management and R&D, and consult with customers, to identify customer needs and product gaps in the Company s existing portfolio.Additional Information Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical pre-sales support to global account teams throughout all stages of the sales cycle for Enterprise solution areas.
    • Develop and present to customers technical integrations, pre-sales route testing, and compliance requirements.
    • Own a detailed integration deliverable outlining implemented solutions and how they interact with customer systems.
    • Test pre-sales message routes and use cases while providing technical expertise and recommendations.
    • Provide frontline technical expertise in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Define market requirements to Product teams, influencing product investment plans and roadmaps.
    • Responsible for helping to achieve and exceed sales targets across multiple solution areas.
    • Develop solution-specific Integration Attack Plans for global customer segments.
    • Execute ongoing customer competitive analyses and market studies.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations for multiple assigned product/subject areas at industry meetings, user groups and trade shows.
    • Participate in product teams and R&D efforts involving multiple solution areas to provide input concerning customer needs, market information and competitive insight.
    Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration (or equivalent job-related experience)
    • Sales or sales support experience desirable
    • T ypically, 5-10 Years Of General Business Experience Including :
    • Developing and managing product portfolios; and/or
    • Proven success in organizational / technical leadership positions; and/or
    • Expertise in messaging and API or related technology background
    • Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Strong public speaking abilities
    • Willing to support Western Hemisphere time zones
    Preferred Qualification:
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    Travel Requirements :
    • Travel will vary but may approximately 7 workdays per month and may include international travel.
    • Contingent upon COVID travel restrictions and safety recommendations.
