Job Description

    Company Overview:Tech company aimed at sellers who use platforms such as Amazon. It audits, analyses and changes content for catalogues on Amazon to capture the interest of the audience.The company offers three different solutions for brands to work with through its proprietary tool Texmatix. It looks to empower marketers to overcome hurdles in maintaining, updating and creating new catalogues. The tool analyses micro-elements to provide dynamic scores and category-wise image references in real-time.Tech Lead - BengaluruResponsibilities:
    • Own the SAAS product - from maintaining runtime metrics to building newer features as new requirements and technologies emerge.
    • Identify the right technology, partners & skills to own the product capability, while constantly looking at improving product performance to deliver cost efficient, time gains and output value.
    • Be ground-on-ears to identify technology early enough to beat the product lifecycle, and keeping the product ahead of the curve, including maintaining differentiator in the market to keep the pioneering headstart we have now.
    • Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
    • Be dynamic, adventurous and obsesses with innovating to challenge the status quo and find solutions that set us apart.
    Key Requirements
    • 8-15 years of experience is critical; SaaS/ Startup is a must.
    • Experience in driving operational excellence - monitoring operation of production services.
    • Experience and understanding of a wide range of Javascript frameworks including JavaScript, ReactJS and Node.js.
    • Experienced with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story.
    • Experienced with modern web-frameworks and micro services based architecture.
    • Experienced in driving product development through agile methodology
