Job Description

  • Responsible for design, integration, and implementation of applications software in a geographically distributed environment that supports the company business strategies and objectives. This is considered an expert-level developer position and requires technical skills and expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, Database Management, .NET/C#, and web technologies.
  • Responsible for facilitating the scrum process on scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve complex project
  • Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
  • Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers.
  • Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects. Completion of some work may depend on non-agile work teams.
  • Facilitates and is accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s). Partners with Product owners.
  • Overlap of a few hours with the Europe & US time zone, depending on the assigned projects.
Qualifications
  • BE (CS, IT), BTech (CS, IT), MCA
  • CSM Certification is a must
  • Min Exp 5 yrs. & Max Exp 10 yrs. of experience in software background
Requirements and Skills -
  • Expertise in .Net core framework &entity framework
  • Expertise in following technologies -Dot Net Core 3x, Angular 4x, AngularJs 1x, Google Maps, Redis stack, UI Controls (Telerik, Kendo, High Charts), Analytics (Google, Qlik)
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on using SQL SERVER, PL-SQL
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions that run on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Experience in working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Should have worked on development & design, UAT support
  • Experience in providing technical solutions to business requirements
  • Ability to provide estimations and plan work in a sprint
  • Ability to do peer reviews and review technical deliverables
  • Ability to understand functional, technical, environment & interface aspects of the solution
  • Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
* Understands agile methodology and has worked on Agile projects
