If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Technical Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).General Duties: Support the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration or maintenance of an Oracle Cloud HCM module (Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud) Develop technical detailed specifications, test scenarios, implementation and conversion plans within the system Assist with development of technical objects such as reports, fast formulas, interfaces and personalizations. Participates in relevant industry events and/or forums Qualifications: 4 - 6 years of experience implementing and/or supporting in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS. At least 1 full lifecycle implementation project of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Workforce Deployment, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll) Technical knowledge of at least 2 components of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Fast Formulas, reporting, extracts, BIP, OTBI Advanced understanding of ERPs and HRIS function Ability to apply the knowledge of HRIS modules to business processes in various domains or industries. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Degree: Bachelor s degree Nice to Have; (But not a must) PHR-CP, SPHR-CP or another HR Certification Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
