Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing data-led technology projects (Data Engineering- ETL , BigData , Cloud , BI ). You will work across engineering teams, sales teams, Talent pool and domain experts throughout the lifecycle of projects: from proposal to project closure.Your key responsibilities include:
    • Primary role would be to take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project.
    • Working on RFP, Timelines , Estimations , inputs from key stakeholders to position Bosch to win the deal.
    • Key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies .
    • Create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
    • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
    • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
    • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
    • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
    • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
    • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
    • Identify Risks in the project and make sure risks are mitigated.
    • Continuous focus on the growth and competency development of the team.
    • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.
    • Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
    Requirements:
    • 10+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, with at least 4 years of experience managing projects with Data Engineering with a responsibility of project manager
    • Demonstrated experience in managing software technology programs.
    • Proven experience delivering solutions to customers and managing teams.
    • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SAFe etc.
    • Domain expertise in mobility, industry 4.0 would be a bonus.
