Job Description

    • Job Profile: Full-Time Permanent Position

    • Educational Background: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA
    • Job Location: ONSITE, Bangalore
    • Shift Timings: As Per Project Requirements
    • Notice Period: 0-30 Days Notice Period
    NOTE: As this professional will be supporting the ELM program, ELM exp is mandatory to have.Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for executing a complex project supporting Business and IT goals and spanning across worldwide teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a globally distributed team. You will work closely with the Product Manager of the application supporting Product Requirements and Test Management (PRTM) and interact with various levels of the organization.Primary responsibilities:
    • Plan and coordinate execution i.e. detailed project plan, progress tracking, issues and risks
    • Successfully deliver project deliverables on plan and on budget
    • Manage budget and resources
    • Engaging and driving resources (internal and external) assigned to the project
    • Ensure compliance to IT processes
    • Report progress to Project board/team, Project Business lead and the Product manager
    Job qualifications
    • Experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodology
    • At least 10 years of related experience, capable of managing multiple complex tracks in parallel
    • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
    • Collaborates to achieve objectives. Build network inside and outside the organization
    • Understanding of business process definition, requirement gathering and documentation of functional specs will be a plus
    • Solution-oriented and has a do it, try it, fix it mentality. Drives results
    • Proactive, willing to speak up, structured
    • Eager to work in an international environment
