  • The position requires the person to be part of Continuous SW integration & SCM team.
  • It requires Expertise in SCM/CI methodologies, design and development.As in role need to analyze optimize and develop new areas in the scope of CISCM.
  • Good Hands-on SCM/CI tools like Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Yocto, Zuul and able to fix issues and do adaptations.
  • Experience in Continuous Integration of Software, Trunk & Branch development of any Product Software.
  • Proficiency in Linux packaging tools and upgrades -Infra RHel, packaging and is installations.
  • Good knowledge about SW delivery process. Hands-on experience in continuous integration and continuous
  • deployment practices.
  • Well versed in Agile methodologies to plan sprints and day to day work.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
  • Responsible for Software Integration of code changes
  • Ability to quickly analyse and debug issues found
  • Derive RCA and implement preventive actions for issues
  • Responsible to maintain the system via Jenkins automation
  • DevOps, CICD development and deployment, Containerization, Deployment and Monitoring of applications
  • using orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher & Artifactory.
  • Able to drive technical deliverables independently with quality
  • Flexibility in working out of office hours & weekends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SW delivery process and scripting languages and SCM systems like Python, Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, Cloud.
  • Analytical thinking, Creativity in problem solving, Assertiveness & Self-confidence
  • Networking and communication skills in multi-site environment
  • Well organized, committed and quality-oriented team player.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
Qualifications
  • Must be BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Information Science/Telecom/MCA with 5+ years of experience.
