  • The goal is to document and communicate complex, technical information in much easy to consume form
  • Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information among products, leadership, and technical group
  • Responsible for preparing instruction manuals and articles
  • Collaborate and work with team of architects and senior engineers to build content to be published on technical blogs
  • Study product samples, technical setup and create information architecture blueprint
  • Communicate with product team, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product details
  • Make high-quality documentation that meets standards
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation or similar role
  • Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for end users
  • Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Knowledge of confluence if preferable
  • Professional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plus
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in engineering or computer science is a big plus
