    1. Work with System Architects, Analysts, Engineering, Testing, and Technical Support teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
    2. Develop user-friendly technical documents to cover aspects such as installation, configuration, online help and usage of products.
    3. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently and with other writers
    4. Maintain and enhance product documentation for ongoing product releases.
    5. Develop quick start guides, installation guides, planning and deployment guides, administrator s guides, user guides, troubleshooting guides, context-sensitive online help, and knowledgebase articles.
    6. Follow the corporate style guide and writing guidelines while developing content.
    7. Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format content, methods of reproduction and binding.
    8. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
    9. Develop and deliver technical documentation for multiple products and for multiple customers.
    Essential Skills & Experience 1. Excellent writing skills in English2. Good awareness of Technical Writing standards and guidelines3. 3 5 years of relevant experience a must4.
