Job Description

• Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials/SCM/HCM Techno FunctionalPosition is for a EBS/Fusion Financials/SCM/HCM Techno Functional Support Professional, preferably with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial/SCM/HCM Applications.Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by the customer.Functional consultants should have expertise in business flows for a chosen domain in a product pillar, understand business requirements and should be able to propose solutions to the client, also should be able to contribute in automations or fine tuning the solution. Also, be able to drive the team to deliver the proposed solution.Technical consultants should be able to lead complex issues and escalations involving technical components.Financial Techno-Functional Consultant should have knowledge on Oracle Functional processes, configurations andother functional aspects in AP, AR, GL, FA and CM modules. They should also be conversant with the underlying tables and workflows on the same modules They should also have adequate knowledge on developments of XML Publishers, BIP Reports etc. to take up Customizations as and when required. The person should be knowing the Issue Lifecycle, quick resolution process and how to coordinate work between different teams.Qualification & Experience :Educational Qualification : Professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/MCA/ MSc(Comp Science/ Bachelors degree in Commerce and advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance.Minimum of 5years of combined Finance and ERP consulting implementing experience. Experience must include:
  • Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
  • Working knowledge of Finance technologies, viz EBS R12 & Fusion (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management(CE)) or Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  Or working knowledge on Oracle Fusion/On Prem ERP SCM any of the 4 modules as :
  1. Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing (QP), Inventory (INV), Receivables (AR)
  2. Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), iProcurement(iPro), Payables (AP)
  3. Order Management (OM), Bill Of Materials (BOM), Work In Process (WIP), Inventory (INV)
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
  • Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
  Preferred Qualifications :
  • ERP technology implementation (Oracle)
  • Experience with Finance technologies such as EBS R12 & Fusion
  • Products Industry experience (Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services)
