Job Description

  • Explain the customers - based on product offers/benefits

  • Handle Telephone Calls. And handle Lead Validation and sending the Lead to the concerned executive in the CRM and Whatsapp.
  • Looking for an ambitious and energetic individual for Telecaller Executive/ Customer Care Executive/Customer Support Executive /inbound, to help us expand our clientele. Who will be the face of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • Should have good Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
