Job Description

Education: Graduate in BPO/KPO/Call CentersExperience: 1 - 5 yearsCTC: as per market standard.My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be, by

  • To call the customers in the database and ask them a set of questions that would help validate the customers details
  • To communicate effectively with customers over a phone call and to be patient, emphatic while dealing with them
  • To efficiently update details in CRM
  • To call up potential customers and validate the information and update the same in CRM
  • To coordinate with the Sales team while passing on leads and inquiries.
  • To create reports on the overall status of the calls made
  • To coordinate internally with the marketing department at Phillips India and provide a daily update on the status of the calls made.
  • To be very well organized with data received and to be able to record the same effectively
  • To call and invite customers during events, Trade shows, or post shows.
  • To work efficiently and diligently in order to contribute to the overall goal of maintaining an updated and clean database that would eventually contribute to the success and growth of the organization
  • To be self-driven and to see to it that tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.
  • To be able to help the prospective customer by effectively bridging the gap between the sales representative and the prospect lead and tracking the status of the process thus contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
