Job Description

    Sr Test Engg -Tosca, LoadRunner Enterprise and OctaneNice to have skills1. Ansible, AppDynamics2. Power BI Detailed Tools : Octane, Tosca, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, Gitlab, Git, Ansible, Docker, AppDynamics, PowerBI Programming Languages : Python Other tools: Microsoft Tools - Word, Visio, Excel
    • Tosca and LRE is higher priority than Octane, UFT.
    • Ansible, AppDynamics is good to have. AppDynamics is currently used for basic system monitoring, Ansible is planned for future software deployments/releases.
    • Docker basic knowledge should be fine, LRE 2022 is being setup with Docker Load Generators.
    • Must have Gitlab knowledge, using CI/CD pipeline, setting up runners, automating installation/config tasks
    • PowerBI is good to have, weve setup usage & stats dashboard using PowerBI and REST APIs from Octane. Plan is to have dashboard setup for all tools which provide dynamic data to Banking management.
    Activities/Experiences Required:
    • Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS. More emphasis on Linux.
    • Working experience of Azure Cloud. We support on cloud cost optimization efforts for testing tools and anything else Banking requires. Although mostly this is taken care of by their in-house engineering team, it is a must have skill for Banking long term strategy.
    • Data migration experience currently we are analyzing projects in PC 12.62 and prepare a plan to migrate them to LRE 2022.
    • Testing knowledge of Tosca application must have skills include troubleshooting DEX (Distributed execution). Most user issues are currently based on DEX.
    • Good to have working knowledge of how Octane testing strategy works Test lifecycle. Basic troubleshooting of Octane issues is required.
    • Good to have working knowledge of LRE performance testing basics strong understanding of how the LRE components communicate with each other.
    • Strong understanding required of System architecture. We supported in designing architecture diagrams for testing applications in cloud setup.
    • Good to have scripting/programming knowledge using Python. Most of the integrations with testing tools apps (Octane, Tosca, LRE) has integrations to other Banking systems (BBS) using Python scripts running in Gitlab Pipelines.
    • Good to have basic knowledge of HashiCorp Vault. Banking has moved to using Vault for their password storage solution, integrations between applications and Vault is needed for automatic password rotation. We support Neeta on their AC-5 requirements, which is a compliance & monitoring solution for at-risk accounts.
    • Provide support to L2 team for any user issues.
    • Work with vendor for any technical issue in product, share information with R&D team, troubleshoot in screen sharing sessions.
