Essential Job FunctionsWeight %Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results5Oversee quality assurance deliverables including validating the completeness, accuracy, and quality of test plans, execution, and test case results5Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to provision required test infrastructures and environments10Recommend and implement technology, techniques, and tools in support of automation and the elimination of manual testing5Develop automation test suites for APIs, User interfaces, Database, and ETL/Batch technology components5Work with product SMEs to become an expert in application structure, business processes, and data patterns50Execute automated, behavioral, aided, and manual testing when needed to identify, track, communicate, and drive critical defects to resolution10Share and cross train peers and leadership regarding system functionality5Troubleshoot production issues and monitor system stability5Perform systems analysis as and when needed100%III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.Education:You have a B.S. degree (or equivalent degree or work experience)Experience:We re looking for a individual with at least 3 years of IT experienceSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Hands-on scripting/coding experience in any automation testing tools and techniques such as Behavior-driven development, Behave, Python, UFT, Spock, Selenium, Loadrunner, JMeter Agile experience working in a globally distributed team Experience working with relational databases and transaction systems Experience creating and executing SQL queries Experience with basic Linux commands Strong curiosity and analytical skills Keeps the end goal in mind Highly effective at creating collaborative relationships across an entire organization High energy, accountable, thinks and solves problems creatively, take initiative and goes beyond what s required, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and action-oriented with a history of getting things done in complex environments Results oriented, insists on quality of code delivered, tenacious, but with the ability to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches knowing when it matters and when it doesn t Both accepting of other people s ideas and confident in your own Values integrity, humility, creativity, open-mindedness, collaboration, creating value and continuous improvement% Travel Required (Approximate):IV.
