Deliver Performance Management solutions using their TM1 knowledge and expertise.Lead requirements and prototyping workshopsLead project design sessions, work plan/project plan development and budget development for projects.Design, Develop, & Implement Cognos TM1SolutionsLead the implementation of this companys applications and the development of back end databases, OLAP and relational, as required.Document, apply and promote the Best PracticesEvaluate & Optimize the performance of TM1solutionTraining and enablement workshopsBuild and foster strong client relationships at the implementation level and above as available, gaining credibility and trust.Resolve first level customer issues in a timely and responsive manner. Skills & Experience2 ~ 8 years hands-on experience of TM1 consultingA highly analytical brain and possess strong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of finance and accounting as practice in large organizationsA consultative approach and ability to present conclusions at senior management level.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
