Job Title : Train Electrical Engineer (TEE) Purpose of the Job Within the project engineering team, you will be responsible of all electrical engineering deliverables and you will manage functionally the associated multi-metier team (Schematics & Apparatus and Mechanical routing) Organisation Reporting Hierarchical: Train Electrical metier leaderFunctional: Project Engineering Manager PrEM Network & Links Engineering team: PrEM, TxE, Experts, PrRAMS, CoE ElectricalProject Manager, Sourcing , PrIMElectrical m tier Responsibilities Quality, Cost and Delivery of S&A and EHI deliverables as follow:

    Responsible for carry-over analysis (electrical product) >> What can be re-used from previous projectResponsible of NRC costing + WorkloadContributor of ENG planning with vision on E2E planning with Indus/ManufContributor to PDO definitionInformed of PIOResponsible of Technology choicesResponsible of Architecture definition: Equipment cubicle content, position, path ways, break zones
    • S phase
    Contributor on definition of scope of supply between Train and Sub-SystemsResponsible of ENG electrical deliverables until SGR
    • Next phases
    Interface between Project and CoE electricalResponsible of baselining definition and inputs deliveries (CRs) to CoE electricalResponsible of Harness integrationOperational management of S&A and EHI team allocated on the project Ensure interfaces with Train System, Train Design, Train Control, RAMS, EMC expert, Industrialization Electrical Managing internal and external activities (workload, planning, work package reviews, risks ) Leading design reviews and deliverables reviewsEnsuring Baselining contents for his scopeEnsure follow-up with PrEMSupporting continuous improvement of the domain with the Metier Knowledge & Experience : Railways Electrical engineering knowledgeStrong approach (hands-on experience is a plus) in electrical CAD (See One / Catia EHI)Minimum 5 years of experience in activity/team managementTrain systems/functions/Industrialization & Manufacturing of harnesses knowledgesSpoken and written English is mandatory Team size : Functional management of project electrical eng team (5 to 10 people)No hierarchical managementAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
