Job Description

    • Support Treasury Services pricing initiatives, such as recurring reprices, client maintenance, data modeling, document and batch file management, client and employee communications, as well as ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and financial analysis skills, the ability to work successfully across teams, and have experience utilizing SQL and big data environments
    • Work on complex financial models for new and existing pricing strategies
    • Ad hoc analysis as required including financial modelling, support of customer requests and customer profitability
    • Act as a resource to project management & the businesses for various projects / business initiatives.
    • Use and query data from disparate sources and work cross functionally to develop pricing strategies to improve revenue for the J.P. Morgan Payments business
    • Development and recommendations for new or modified pricing constructs going to market
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • MBA with 7-11 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, financial analytics, payments business, treasury services with strong quantitative, analytical, technical and problem solving skills
    • Strong background in querying large datasets, financial Models and experience in deep diving to determine root cause and propose solutions
    • Capability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and self-manage deadlines and deliverables, clearly articulating progress and milestones
    • Ability to research issues/problems and provide a solution-based approach. Analytical mind-set, structure approach, attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: firm-wide, functional Finance and lines of business teams to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Prior experience in SQL, Alteryx, QlikView, Xceptor, Robotics, Tableau, VB Macros, complex excel formulas, datasets within Excel, pivot tables and/or BI tools preferred with proven skills in identifying and resolving control issues that may impact financial results
    • Good leadership & motivational skills. Strong Microsoft skills (advanced Excel preferred), PowerPoint, and SharePoint
    • Detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and management
    • Desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically. Good knowledge of Payments business products is a plus
