20360 UI/UX Design Sr (Open)Position Type:Full timeLocation(s):IN.Bangalore.Office1IN.Bangalore.Office2, IN.Bangalore.RemoteSummary:Position Details:CSG International is seeking a User Interface Designer II to be a part of our Payments product team. The ideal candidate can quickly grasp and translate highly complex problems into clean, understandable solutions. As a User Experience and Visual Designer this individual will contribute to the design and usability of our Merchant and Partner applications throughout the conceptualization, development, and implementation process.We re seeking candidates whoHave a proven track record solving complex interaction problems across multiple platforms and is passionate about creating usable, beautiful, and scalable solutions. Have an eye for detail and possess a strong blend of interaction and visual design skills.Has the ability to work within a cross functional team to develop enhancements in a highly iterative fashion; including: active participation with customers, product owners, product managers, product development, Customer support, Risk, and finance teams. Can design high impact, widely used applications in the B2B and B2C space. Can drive the direction of new features by creating wireframes, mockups, or detailed design specifications to give a comprehensive view to cross functional stakeholders, executives and test participants.Are available during US working hours in the morning.Required skill sets, Knowledge and Experience

  • 7 years in UX/UI Design experience, including prototyping and system design or relevant experience. Online portfolio may be requested.
  • Deep experience with one or more tools and technologies such as Adobe XD, Sketch 3, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Figma etc.
  • Prior experience in planning and conducting product discovery and usability tests, identify insights to influence product design decisions.
  • Prior experience designing product/applications that are responsive, mobile friendly and are accessibility complaint
  • Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree with emphasis on Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or related fields.
  • Must be available to interact with the Product leader in US during the US morning hours.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XAML is highly preferred
  • Well versed in scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment
