Job Description

    • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Providing support, maintenance and development of the company Cisco unified communications environments 2 Troubleshooting PSTN connectivity over ISDN, SIP and analogue connections 3 Managing of all Cisco end Points including wireless end points 4 Working on Cisco Unity Connection 5 Responding to fault management including incident reporting 6 Responsible for ensuring the stability of UC environment 7 Providing administrative and engineering support on the various UC applications
        • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of Cisco UC product range, telephony protocols and concepts of SIP, SCCP, MGCP, SRST, TEHO, Extension Mobility, QoS, RTP, PSTN connectivity 2 Knowledge of CUCM v10, dial plan/call routing issues in a complex integrated multi cluster environment, Cisco IOS H323/ISDN gateways and CUBE devices
