  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1:Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2:Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features 3:Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 4:Provide training and mentor existing team and new hires 5:Client escalation management, stake holder management 6:Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 7:Database Technology operations management
      • Technical Experience : 1:DB2 server administration with installation, configuration, working knowledge 2:Have outstanding work experience in HADR setup with multiple standby, database backup and recovery 3:Excellent troubleshooting skills on DB2 4:Understanding of DB2 on cloud technologies 5:Troubleshooting HA issues, design level suggestions 6:Performance Tuning, Database patching/upgrade 7:Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 8:Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts
      • Professional Attributes : 1:Should have 8 years of experience in DB operational support and/or Db2 migrations 2:Should have supported DB2 deployments
      • Educational Qualification : 1: BE Graduate
