In-depth Knowledge on AIX, Power Virtualization, HMC, IBM director.Should have correct understanding of VIO , NPIV , VSCSCI , SEA , HEA , LPAR , Micro partitioning. Strong Hands-on experience on shell , Perl or Python scripting.Good to have experience on HACMP,GPFS or Linux Clustering.Experience in designing and / OR deploying Server and Virtualization with VMware vSphere, cloud and power virtualization.Ability to produce high-quality written materials including proposals, business cases and plans which convey complex analysis and arguments in a concise manner.Experience in estimating and project costing. Experience in providing consulting and assessment services in following: Server consolidation and virtualization using VMWare,KVM and Power Virtualization. Design and deploying Cloud IaaS solutions.Design and deployment of Server builds using Linux on HP / Dell / IBM / Hitachi / Cisco Rack / Blade Servers and AIX on P-series.Design & Implementation of Disaster Recovery Solution with VMware and Power.,
