Job Description

    Job DescriptionSkills needed:
    • 3-4 years of experience in Linux administration with Apache httpd, JBoss, network architectures (TCP/IP, http(s))- download files with curl over https / configure a http proxy / understand TLS
    • Linux systems Maintain, update and be responsible for infrastructure (virtual and physical) and software components (RHEL, httpd, java based applications, rabbitmq, )
    • Work experience with Shell Scripting, Cryptography/PKI, databases, ITSM
    • Working experience with JIRA, Bitbucket tools
    • Working knowledge on software releases and close collaboration with agile development teams, using CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, bitbucket, ansible).
    • Knowledge on automated test-strategies for regression testing with the help of testing frameworks like: JUnit, Selenium, ReadyAPI, python, locust, JMeter
    • Work towards a DevOps culture by enabling fast iterations of software releases and close collaboration with agile development teams, using CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, bitbucket, ansible).
    • 2-3 years of experience with software development in Java and C and respective build systems
    Additional Information
    • Base knowledge of databases - like doing a SQL query, create a DB schema
    • Should be flexible enough to switch job responsibilities with changing project needs
    • Experience (or knowledge) in using IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts Incident/Problem/Change Management
    • Experience with Apache httpd or JBoss Application Server
    • Experience with Ansible / Jenkins
    • Proficiency in Shell Scripting
    • Cryptography / PKI Knowledge
