What are we looking for Here s what you need: Graduate in any stream 6-8 years experience in content management Excellent project management skills Good understanding of content creation, collection, tagging and classification processes Knowledge of various Content Management tools. Good understanding of proposal management process Must understand IT outsourcing landscape Extra credit if you have: Postgraduate in any stream Exposure to CMS tools/platforms Understanding of Microsoft product offerings; basic technology quotient You May Also Need: A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities The Work: As a Content Management Specialist, you are part of a team of expert content curators who provide the most current, relevant, and accurate information to support Accenture s sales pursuits. You develop content in line with the company s sales strategy, while ensuring the quality of the material hosted on our knowledge repositories, by: Harvesting, tagging, and updating content Creating and updating metadata Contributing to the continuous improvement of the content management tool Collaborating with teams across Accenture to compile content Performing content quality reviews Primary responsibilities include: Harvesting, publishing, and tagging content in line with the Content Management plan and service level agreements Performing periodic taxonomy reviews to assess keyword usage and recommend content for retention/deletion Maintaining and updating content management sites and platforms (SharePoint, PowerApps, WordPress, etc.) Updating site metadata and hashtags to ensure content is available and accessible Participating in recurring team calls to ensure alignment Providing raw reporting data to PMO Performing ad-hoc quality checks on content landing pages Surveying content users to identify gaps/opportunities for improvement,
