The earlier the treatment for these patients the better the quality of life. The $150M business portfolio includes products for airway clearance and ventilation.The role of Project Leader is to lead and manage a Cross-Functional project team for the timely execution of planned project activities and deliverables. Projects often involve integrating new features/ technologies into existing products.This position is based out of Bangalore and reporting to the R&D Director for Respiratory Health division of Front Line Care.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute projects in compliance with the applicable Project Management Policy, NPD Procedures and Quality Systems.
• Manages and communicates with the project sponsor and stakeholders at all levels and provide senior leadership with status updates in a timely manner. Typically the stakeholders in the same group/ site/ team.
• Provides timely spending and budget updates.
• Lead the project team in risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Organize and conduct team building activities for the project team.
• Ensure that resources that are required for the project are properly allocated and available.
• Ensure that project team members apply good engineering practices during the project execution.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Participate and contribute to product road-mapping and strategy activities.
Your Team:You will be reporting to Program Management Leader for Respiratory Health. This position does not have any direct reports. You will need to work collaboratively with R&D and cross functions.Your Location:The role is located in the BRD facility in Bangalore India.What You ll Bring:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Bio-Medical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 -7 years of experience in Verification and validation testing of Software, hardware and System.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Program Management or related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical and medical products industry.
• Successful execution of Electromechanical systems/products/parts/processes involving product conceptualization to commercial release.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
• Demonstrated experience working with vendors with different models of engagement.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Coordinate and conduct team meetings effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project software.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Strong individual contributor who can work effectively in a team and be comfortable with change.
• PMI Certification or Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Capacity to handle fast paced and high stressed situations.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
