Bringing Product Management skills to HRBy definition, a product-centric mindset enables the value of services and solutions to be continually maximized throughout the various life cycle stages. A product-centric approach makes it easier to rapidly innovate and iterate because the focus is always on customer experience, evolving requirements, and strategic differentiation for a product or service. These functions will be the drivers behind the evolution of employee experiences that deliver the entirety of HR to the employeeApplying PM practices to HR is critical for the success of the program and the role.The role : - You will develop and/or implement an HR Innovation product strategy, product roadmap, year out release plans. - You will use market research to develop a market-wide understanding of employer/employee problems and requirements- You will drive and report on the related HR change portfolio (Digital HR Programme), managing and presenting a holistic view across change impacts and interventions; readiness; active risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) management; financial planning and tracking (including benefits tracking as appropriate); milestones identification and management; and senior stakeholder management (both within and external to the HR function).- You will manage the interlock across programme workstreams to deliver the implementation approach and plan, including liaison with teams to ensure deployment plans align and consider any wider activities / dependencies outside of programme delivery that may impact plans.- You will ensure effective management of the change, providing quality assurance over the change management approach and plan, including articulation of change impacts, change interventions to manage / mitigate impacts and secure buy in and increase readiness of teams and stakeholders.- You will obtain buy-in from and influence senior management and stakeholders from all relevant areas (establishing and maintaining sponsorship) for the programme, inside and outside of the department -, building strong relationships, ensuring consensus and effectively influencing change outcomes - whilst also holding firm the line to ensure we reach the desired outcomes of the programme (not dropping into consensual behaviour limiting the pace of the transformation).- You will promote a positive work culture within the Programme team and wider HR Transformation function based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity, and collaboration leading to increased productivity.- You will inspire confidence in the program and transformation vision and generate excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment.- You will promote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working, and having a forward-thinking mind-set, in line with Biocon Biologics Values and Strategy.This is you: - You sit at the intersection of UX/UI, Project Management, HR Tech, and HR Domain expertise. - You believe that applying Product Management practices to HR can break siloes and enhance the experience of the employee across the employee life cycle. - You are a champion when it comes to Design thinking, Employee experience journey mapping, PRDs, Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban, Running Agile rituals and practices, Gantt charts, Running A/B Tests and UATs, - You are not just aware of but have lived by Dieter Rams design principles- It will be music to our ears if we hear you talk of Akkio, Zapier when you speak of Machine Learning and predictive analytics- Your typical qualifications would include a Bachelors degree/equivalent experience Programme/Project based Certifications to support the role (Scrum Master, Agile coach, etc)- You have a proven ability to successfully design and implement large-scale, complex change initiatives, that go beyond just shooting mass emails or designing posters. - Needless to say that you should be up to speed with the current and upcoming HR practices and technologies- While we believe in skills and wisdom above everything else, however, we think that about 15 years of demonstrating the above would set you up for success if you were to come on onboardHow we would engage and qualify each other:- Discussions (At least 6-7). - Case study - Project Presentation- Assessments (Psychometric & Functional),
