  • Decides whether to modify an existing product or purchase it from outside to fulfill the customers demands.
  • Looks for vendors who can provide the right product and develop the same if needed.
  • Handles using autopilot software and external payload.
  • Understands the internal/ existing software or system and knows how to integrate the external software or system with the current one.
  • System Integration of UAVs: Understands the customer requirements, Prepares the complete architecture that includes subsystems, software support, hardware support, power requirements, ESS study, etc.
  • Liaisons with cross functional teams
Service Role
  • Handles purchasing products from vendors and delivering it to the customer after checks and modifications.
  • Detailed technical interaction with vendors to understand technical specifications and explain the clear picture to the customers.
  • Provides proper technical inputs to the team
  • Becomes the focal point for the entire team and ensures that the team is going in the right direction.
  • Handles technical mentoring of team members
  • Manages estimation of work allocations and assignment of work
