Job Description

    FPNA:Candidate should be aB.COMgraduate with strong understanding on accounting concepts and FP&A exposure of 2-5 yearsKey Accountabilities:Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reportingIndependently handle month end close cycle.Well versed with journal entries and monthly reconciliationsAble to analyze Opex expenses, trend analysis.Support in monthly forecast and annual budget activitiesReporting: internal & external, KPIs/Scorecard, benchmarking/ variancesMonthly accruals and prepaymentsManage the preparation of the companys budget and rolling forecasts.Suggest and drive process improvements.Strick adherence to defined SLAs, on time and accurate delivery.Requirements for the role:Professional qualification: should be a B.COM graduate with good understanding on accounting concepts & FP&A background.Candidates will be required to demonstrate, and role model the following Bridgestone Values:Agility to work in a matrix, complex and fast paced environment.Courage to share ideas, challenge the status quo.Ownership to see the bigger picture and take ownership by thinking and acting beyond the role (self-starter).Good email writing and on excel skill set2-5 years experience in similar role.Experience of fast paced matrix & multinational environment.Willing to work in shiftscontact- hidden_email
