Job Description

    Their is one good opportunity for HR Head with our MNC client (In B2B) based in Bangalore.HR Head would report to India Business Head & HR Head APAC Job Responsibilities : The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing guidance on employee relations matters, and developing and implementing HR policies that support the organizations goals. Business Partnering : - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the organization.- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR matters and provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.- Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop and implement programs that attract, retain, and develop talent.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability to support the organizations growth. Industrial Relations : - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.- Oversee the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure positive employee relations and mitigate potential labor disputes.- Monitor and manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts. HR Operations : - Manage the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organizations goals and objectives.- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR practices and processes.- Establish and maintain effective HR systems and processes that support the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.Administration :- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, security, and transportation.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as facilities management and security companies.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that administrative services are provided efficiently and effectively. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred. (MBA from Premier Institute is mandatory - 2014/2015) - 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of HR professionals.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
