Job Description

* Preferred Skills & Experience : Technical Skills:
• Experience working as Technical expert, leading team on Agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing primary role as Technical lead & secondary role as Scrum Master
• Strong expertise in building applications using GoLang
• Hands on Development experience with expertise in Python language, Java script,
• Problem solving skills early in his career using Linux commands, C++ or C language.
• Exposure to the Database as an expert.
• Experienced in working and integrating the 3rd party components (such as Postgres) and Messaging services in Edge servers.
• Strong understanding of object oriented design & Expertise
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Container technology
• Good experience in Troubleshoot problems, involving the appropriate resources and driving resolution of issues with a focus on minimizing impact to our customers.
• Working Knowledge in Design, Code reviews/quality, unit testing with NUnit/ XUnit and Continuous integration
• Analytical, a problem solver, with good communication skills.
• Ability to understand the requirements, analyze and articulate into design.
• Ability to find out and work with alternatives, check feasibility and propose solutions.
• Experience in Agile methodology and following best practices
• R&D mindset and thirst for exploring/learning new skills
• Experience is Secured development
Scrum Master Responsibility:
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3-4 years for a development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile Estimation and be able to guide a team through a relative story pointing exercise
• Experience in JIRA toolset
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: SAFE, XP (Extreme Programming), Kanban etc.
• Experience in technical agility - DevOps, CI/CD, branching and merging strategies, deployment strategy
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Monitoring and notifying the Quality KPI s
• Conducting scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospection, Product Backlog Grooming etc.)
