    • Responsible for Talent Acquisition through all levers within the Talent vertical

    • Allocation

    • Competency Mangement, Goal Setting, Associate Engagement and Satisfaction
    • Responsible for Associate Performance and Development
    • Collaboration with stake holders (Project, HR, etc.,)
    • Manage Talent related escalations (First Level)
    Comprehensive Employee Development
    • Training calendar development and execution
    • Re-Skilling & Up-Skilling of resources of the Cluster
    • Talent and Project needs
    • Competency Evaluation
    KRA (Key Result Areas)
    • Demand fulfillment within defined SLA- Ensuring Talent Availability and allocation as per TBP for the Cluster
    • Competency Development for current and future needs for the Cluster
    • Attrition management
    • Associate Experience
    Authority (sphere of decisions)
