Job Description

    Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyse day to day needs for training in the sales team. Translate requirements into trainings that will help the team and relevant partners achieve their targets Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions. Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, etc. Conduct Product trainings to new and existing employees. Conduct Product demos, workshops, new product launch trainings to employees, clients, distributors etc. Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs. Conduct in-depth assessments of sales team performance; identify gap areas and skill deficiencies Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and provide reports on them. Track training effectiveness and report to senior management Maintain and update records of training material. Preparing and conducting multiple trainings for spreading awareness of Companys brands, products and activities according requirement given by sales team and management Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment. Handling Customer Support Queries, call to customer for analysing the product, collecting the feedback from Enduser. Creating the summary report on Customer Claim/ request and product feedback

outstanding coaching sales skills.proven 1-2years of experience as a corporate sales trainer a similar roleexcellent oral written communication skills.excellent time management customer service skills.ability to design effective sales training program
