Responsible for P/L Account of KOPL MEA Region2. Marketing & Business Dev activities in MEA Region ( Middle East & Africa Region)3. Developing Strategy, tactics, Sales plan and profit target, documentation in coordination with Head office India.4. Annual Business Planning, Budget and Monitoring, Promotion, pricing strategy for Kumars product and trading products5. Co-ordination for regulatory requirements like MOH Registration ,DMF, Biocide Directive etc6. Export Market Development, Dealer distributor network - To support sales team, agents and distributors with marketing & technical tools.7. Increasing market share in existing markets & maximize new business development opportunities.8. Identifying and reporting on Business opportunities in the target region9. Promotion of the product and providing Technical support Services to customer10. Achieving targets for Revenue, Profitability and sales growth.11. Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.12. Monitoring customer orders, Invoice; dispatch and shipment etc13. Market Research : Identification & development of potential customers; maintaining customer & competitors database of the Region14. Team building and providing direction to team15. Exhibiting & Participating in International Trade shows & Exhibitions.16. Monthly cash flow Management17.
