Job Description

    HiHope everything is fine at your end.We have an urgent opening for Linux Admin at our client.Location: BangaloreQualifications: BE, BTech, MCAJob Description: LINUX ADMIN
    • Build and deploy new and existing servers into the customer estate employing a First
    Time Right philosophy
    • Troubleshoot build issues and resolve in line with current process and procedures
    • Subscribe to strict Change Management and other corporate polices
    • Attend kick-off meetings to discuss upcoming installation projects and assist the Sales
    Engineering team with proposed solutions/designs
    • Technical validation of proposed solutions and engagement with product engineering
    relating to product design issues, including routing
    • Invoke technical change control where necessary, should the clients requirements
    change during implementation
    • Working with Service Delivery colleagues to validate service is completed on time and
    per design
    • Troubleshoot implementations during burn in phase
    • Support the Project Managers in hosting server related queries that clients may have
    regarding their delivery. This can involve representing Service Delivery at clientmeetings as a technical advisor
    • Completion of scheduled Change Requests and Technical Incidents as assigned
    • Communication and comprehensive documentation of each phase for the life cycle of the
    build this includes diagrams, migration, test plans and updates to the order managementsystem
    • Contribute to ongoing team and department processes and procedures and
    implementation of good practices
    • Adhere to all Installation team and Service Delivery processes and procedures at all times
    • Implement and maintain the server implementation documentation and toolsets
    applicable to the role
    • Requirement to complete server audits as directed by Technical Lead
    • Requirement to be part of the team flexible work pattern to cover the core business hours
    as directed by Technical Lead in alignment to the business needs
    • Work outside normal hours to support the business and client needs when req
