Urgent requirement for Regional Business Head -Bangalore / Chennai- Kapston Services LtdExperience : 10 - 15 years (General staffing / IFM Experience only )Budget : openLocation : Bangalore / ChennaiRole & Responsibilities :Build and grow the branch/Region.-P&L Responsibility of the Branch/Region-Handling end to end vertical functions (Sales/Delivery/Backend Support)-Handling Day to day Operations and Transactions.-Dealing with Clients for Acquisitions/Escalations/Payments/BGV etc.-Responsible for smooth functioning of the Branch/Region-Ownership and reporting of Recruitment & Operations team of the Branch/Region.-Designing KRAs/KPIs for the team members.-Responsible to create a Hierarchy and Growth Structure for the Team members.-Monitoring and Mentoring the Team members for their personal and organizational growth.-Designing Strategies for the growth of region in accordance with the organization vision-Liaison between Management and interdepartmental stake holders with Respect to vertical-Ensuring Profitability.-Any other work assigned time to timeInterested candidate please forward updated profile toreena@kapstonservices.comThanks & RegardsReenaG M- HR
