Domain: AWM Tax Technology Team is responsible for Tax obligations including tax calculations and reporting across global jurisdictions for Asset and Wealth Management Clients. While the technology team has a global footprint, the Bengaluru team plays a critical role in owning a large number of jurisdictions that are supported in this space. Adoption of cloud, micro-services architecture, testing frameworks, K8, data modelling and managing large data are some of the themes the team is working on while solving the business problem for the clients. Exposure to multiple stakeholders and having thought-provoking technical/business discussions pave way for diversity of thought and constant learning, at the same time enabling us to create the most efficient solutions for our clients globally.This tech lead role provides the opportunity to learn constantly and contribute to the Local Regulatory Reporting Roadmap planning and delivery.     • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
    • Having proficiency Java language
    • Hands on experience in Microservices, RESTful webservices development in Java (SpringBoot or equivalent framework).
    • Good knowledge in messaging systems: Kafka / RabbitMQ
    • In depth knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture, Microservice Architecture and related stacks (Service Registry, ELK / Splunk, service registry, VMs, etc.) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
    • Self Starter with the ability to multitask across several priority areas in the face of fuzzy situations.
    • Thorough understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and Development methodologies including Agile.
    • Experience of Agile development methodology, such as Scrum or XP
    • Experience building a Code, Deploy, Run pipeline using DevOps best practises by leveraging the best available CI/CD tools.
    • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
    • Own Tech Debt/Tech Modernization - Ability to balance the long-term big picture and short-term implications of design decisions.
