Job Description

    Job Title: IT help desk/ IT supportJob Type: Full Time(contractual)Job Location: RemoteWork Timing: Night Shift(Amsterdam Time Zone)Experience: 1 to 3 yearsSalary: 20k- 30kDuties/Responsibilities:
    • Provides technical support across the company (this may be in person, over MS Teams chat and call, or through the ticket system) identifying, investigating, and resolving users problems with computer software and hardware.
    • Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software.
    • Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
    • Collaborates with other employees to research and resolve problems.
    • Set-up and manage Waldom user access rights and licenses in our active directory.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware, software and/or new processes.
    Details:
    • Work from 07:00 16:00 Amsterdam Time Zone.
    • Ability to join an ad-hoc MS Teams call during work hours.
    • Clear SLAs for ticket management to measure performance.
