Job Overview
    • Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product launches.
    • Create effective product launch campaigns by working with internal and external creative resources to develop content that results in lead generation and product sales to support both high impact product launches and improve sales in legacy product lines
    • Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response
    • Develop strong product messaging and positioning that focuses on key product and/or TE differentiators to tell a compelling story
    • Manage the product launch process for general-market NPI with Product Management, ensuring new products are sales ready, both for direct and distribution customers
    • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to tell the TE/Business Unit product story and communicate with Product Managers on key product development and updates
    • Work with Marketing team as a product expert, providing guidance and suggestions for featured products in various integrated and channel marketing campaigns and promotions
    • Manage projects on time
    What your background should look like:
    • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or Business with 2-3 years experience
    • Marketing and/or Product Marketing experience at a technology or manufacturing company (preferred)
    • Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to completion with on-time delivery
    • Proven track-record of strategic thinking and taking initiative on new ideas and problem solving
