Amongst others, many of the well-known, globally operating grocery, hardgoods and specialty retailers, as well as fashion brands are our customers. Also, there is a great focus on forecasting, planning and replenishment use cases in the Retail and Consumer Industries. In addition to the regular setup of Scrum teams, the engineering team includes data science experts to develop and make use of state-of-the-art scientific concepts. In collaboration with the generic/standard LOBs our goal is to deliver best in class planning and supply chain processes to cater for constantly evolving business requirements within a fast-changing environment with a clear industry focus.The RoleWe are looking for a User Assistance Developer who would engineer solutions that meet with SAP s quality standards. In this role,you will work very closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, Designers and Domain Experts, in an Agile working model. As a UA Developer in our development team, you take responsibility for the following:

  • Terminology: Define and maintain terminology for Documentation and UI texts
  • Plan and write documentation in line with SAP Product Standards and Guidelines
  • Work closely with other project members to describe the application, installation and configuration of SAP software
  • Proofread and edit content for linguistic correctness, readability, usability and correct terminology
  • Trigger language editing process (if applicable).
  • Run appropriate quality checks, actively gather feedback on documentation from all internal stakeholders
  • Adequately react on customer feedback
  • Test the output of the documentation on every distribution channel
Role Requirements
  • Candidates with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
  • Willingness to quickly acquire understanding in new areas and adapt to change
  • Constructive and open style of communication
  • Flair for learning technology topics
  • Ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality documentation
  • Flexibility and readiness to communicate with other team members across locations
