Job Description

  • We at S/4 PMCIE organization, part of the IEG board area cater one of the major focus industries like Discrete Industries with a broad portfolio of SAP products in consumable sizes and thus shorten the time-to-value for our customers
RoleWe are looking for a passionate user experience designer to join our team in Bangalore focusing on the following tasks:
  • Contribute to the success of our customers by supporting our team to design the experience of new mobility solutions
  • Apply Design Thinking and Lean UX principles by moderating customer facing workshops and validation sessions to understand user needs
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, technical writers and customers to translate user needs into intuitive user experiences
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to validate ideas, test their usability, iterate on concepts and support development activities
  • Build design systems and voice ideas how to enhance collaboration across roles and teams
Role Requirement
  • Bachelor s degree in user interface design, interaction design, human computer interaction or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer in context of web-based software development
  • Experience with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, InVision, Framer or Adobe Creative Cloud to create software interface prototypes
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies - e.g. workshop facilitation, validation sessions
  • Experience in applying UX research methods - design of experiments, moderation, note taking and data synthesis
  • Fluency in English required to interact with users from international co-innovation customers
What we consider beneficial:
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and advocating user-centered design best practices to non-designers
  • Experience in facilitating remote workshops
  • Experience measuring UX impact, while comparing iterated releases
  • Master s degree involving empirical research in Interaction Design
  • Experience with agile software engineering processes (Kanban, Scrum) in context of enterprise software development
  • Business knowledge about sustainability efforts of enterprise companies
