Job Description

    • Ensure a high standard branding and product presentation and an optimized user experience in the eShop with the content from local and central user marketing team
    • Drive, optimize user visit to target eShop and reach targeted conversion rate through data-based decision (SEO,SEA, etc) together with eShop manager and central team
    • Define and drive merchandizing roadmap for improving eShop storefront features, functionalities and UI designs to deliver better user experience and higher storefront conversion
    • Together with eShop manager define and execute annual product launches, promotions, user activities to ensure a fine sales target achievement
    • Collaborate with performance marketing agencies, storefront tech partners and creative agencies to deliver user relevant content and user flows via A/B testing
    • Manage rating & reviews of the eShop, with the accordingly derived user insights to support the product listing, range management, promotion, CRM strategy and activities
    • Continuously optimize the online marketing ROI with the data insights from eShop and their partner platforms
    • Support on user research through related digital platforms, eShop
    • Increase user lifetime value by using loyalty programs and build a loyal user base
    • Responsible for coordination of local legal/compliance topics with local experts
