Job Description

    Role- Sr. UI/UX DesignerWhat is the roleWe are looking for a technically strong, pixel perfectionist UI Designer. You will be working onthe Admin platform (web) and end-user app (Android and iOS) of our incentive gamificationproduct, Compass. While we are working remotely now, you will be working from our office inBangalore shortly.Key Responsibilities Design solutions in collaboration with the team. Create high fidelity mockups, iconography and other graphics needed for our mobileand web app Collaborate closely with the team to maintain the visual identity and design language ofour product Standardize UI components by adding them to our existing design system to enable thelong-term product visionWhat are we looking for Minimum of 3 years as a UX/UI Designer Experience designing apps for both Android and iOS Strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of typography Experience with the design handover process and documentation Proficient in FigmaWhom will you work withOur design team is pretty small.
