Job Description

    Looking for UX Designers with 1 to 6 years of experience.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in all aspects of UX Design including Research, Experience Design, and Rapid Prototyping. Must have good visual design skills and excellent communication skills.What will you do on a daily basis
    • Responsible for full stack UX deliverables working closely with the client team in both On-site/Off-site engagements.
    • Participate in Workshops with cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct Primary & Secondary research.
    • Build High fidelity prototypes for validation and run Usability tests.
    • Develop alternative approaches to meeting product requirements, using judgement to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that take into consideration customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
    • Drive consensus and articulate clearly the design decisions.
    What do we expect
    • Solid design experience of 1 to 6 years.
    • Must have an impressive portfolio with relevant case studies.
    • Bachelor/Masters in design / UX Certification(HFI) is a plus.
    • Proven ability to plan and conduct all UX Design activities independently.
    • Attention to detail is a must.
    • Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
    • Having a strong visual design background is desirable.
    • Hands-on experience working with design tools including Adobe suite, Sketch, Figma & Prototyping tools.
